Before you ask
Does the cooling mat need water, ice, or a freezer?
None of the above. It's ice-silk fabric that pulls heat away on contact, activated by your pet's own body weight. Freezing it isn't necessary and isn't recommended.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive 7–12 business days after that. Our fulfillment partner ships from overseas with duties prepaid, so nothing turns up at your door with a bill attached — and it's why this gear costs about half what a pet store charges. Shipping is $4.99 flat, or free over $50.
What if my pet ignores it?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full or send a different size, your choice — and you keep the original either way. There's no label to print and no postage to pay. Shipping it back overseas would cost more than the item and it would only be thrown away at the other end, so we'd rather you passed it to a friend or your local shelter.
What if it arrives damaged or you send the wrong thing?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you'd rather have. Keep the original. If your order never shows up at all — no tracking movement in 20 business days — same deal, refund or replacement, no argument.
What size should I get?
Sizing on each product page is by weight: Small up to roughly 20 lb, Medium 20–50 lb, Large above that. When you're between sizes, go up — pets sprawl when they're hot. If you get it wrong we'll swap the size free.
Does any of this work for cats?
The mat, very well — cats usually claim it before you've finished unrolling it. The Sip & Go bottle is built for dogs on walks, but it works for carrier trips with a cat who'll drink from a tray.
